1. Who we are

Smartailor is an online platform for made-to-measure workwear and uniforms in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. We take your design and measurements and have your garments produced by independent tailoring workshops that we vet and approve.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information when you register and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Organization accounts may add members and staff. The organization is responsible for the people it invites and the orders placed in its name.

3. Made-to-measure orders

Every garment is made individually to the design and measurements you submit. Please check your design, size and measurements before paying.

We may review your measurements before production and contact you if something looks inconsistent. Production starts only after this review.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Saudi riyals and include 15% value-added tax. The price you pay is the one calculated and confirmed at checkout.

Payments are processed by our licensed payment provider. We do not store your full card details. A tax invoice is issued for every paid order.

5. Production and delivery

The estimated ready-by date shown before payment is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. We will tell you promptly about any significant delay.

We deliver to addresses inside Saudi Arabia through our shipping partners. Risk passes to you when the order is delivered to the address you gave us.

6. Fit guarantee

If a garment does not fit, you may request an alteration within 14 days of delivery from your account. We will review the request and, at our choice, alter the garment or remake it, free of charge, including shipping.

The guarantee covers garments made to the measurements you submitted or that our fitter took. It does not cover garments that have been washed against the care instructions, damaged, or altered by a third party, or changes of mind about the design or fabric you chose.

If an alteration or remake is not possible, we may offer a full or partial refund instead.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Because each garment is made specifically for you, made-to-measure orders cannot be returned for a change of mind once production has started. This reflects the exception for customized goods under the Saudi E-Commerce Law.

You can cancel an order yourself, free of charge, until you pay for it. After payment, contact our support team to cancel: until production starts, we cancel the order and refund it in full. Garments that arrive defective, or that differ from the confirmed order, will be repaired, remade or refunded.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.

8. Organization orders

Organization orders may involve a sample that the organization approves before bulk production. Approval of the sample confirms the design and fabric for the full order.

Bulk pricing, delivery schedules and invoicing are confirmed for each organization order.

9. Liability

We are responsible for delivering garments that match your confirmed order. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Saudi consumer protection laws.

10. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent courts of the Kingdom have jurisdiction.
